CALABASAS, CA — Fallbrook Tax Credits (“Fallbrook”) today announced the successful monetization of $20 million in Investment Tax Credits (ITCs) for a portfolio of dairy renewable natural gas projects along with a solar asset located on the West Coast.

The transaction marks another strategic step in advancing domestic renewable energy generation from diverse sources. By facilitating the transfer of these tax credits, Fallbrook enabled the project sponsor to unlock essential capital, supporting the continued growth of clean energy infrastructure in the region.

The dairy renewable natural gas projects generate more than 75,000 MMBtus on an annual basis, which can be used in homes to power gas-based appliances and HVAC systems, as well as as a replacement for petroleum-based gas in commercial diesel trucks.
